Join a growing, well-established HVAC and plumbing company as a Lead HVAC Installer in Morgantown, West Virginia! This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key role with a 50-person team, a Carrier Authorized Dealer, and a company generating $6 million per year, where you will have the chance to lead installs, work on both residential and light commercial projects, and grow into management.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead HVAC Installer position include:
- EPA certification is required
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Experience as an HVAC installer with some commercial installation experience
- Strong understanding of ductwork, rooftop units, and coordinating crane scheduling
- Ability to lead install crews and work effectively with one or two helpers
- Experience handling mostly residential add-on work with the ability to support commercial installs
- Must have a good personality and work well with customers and team members
- Report to the office daily to load the company vehicle and lead installation jobs in the field
Salary: $25 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
