Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Commercial Electrician position include:
- Valid KY State Electrical License (or ability to obtain) – Lead a crew of 4–8 electricians while actively performing hands-on electrical work on commercial job sites
- 3–5 years of proven leadership experience – Supervise, direct, and train field team members to ensure high-quality craftsmanship
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams – Interpret project plans and execute work according to scope and NEC requirements
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes – Ensure all installations meet state and local regulations
- Valid Driver’s License – Operate company-assigned vehicle and travel to job sites within an 80-mile radius
- Strong troubleshooting skills – Diagnose and repair commercial and residential electrical systems
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen – Maintain a safe, compliant, and professional job site
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform field duties – Safely complete installations, site prep work, and conduit runs in varying environmental conditions
Salary: $37.00 - $42.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
