Join a growing, vertically integrated manufacturer as a Lead CNC Programmer in Columbia Falls, Montana, where you will play a critical role in machining precision components for equipment used in the label and converting industry. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead CNC Programmer position include:
- 7+ years of CNC programming experience
- Strong programming experience with lathe operations
- Proven experience with mill-turn / multi-axis machines, including Mazak Integrex
- Proficiency with Esprit CAM software
- Ability to support both lathe and mill departments with programming, fixturing, and process improvement
- Strong leadership skills to help guide operators and improve workflow across the machine shop
- Hands-on ability to run machines, perform setup/prove-out, and troubleshoot machining/process issues
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, cycle time improvement, and shop productivity
Salary: $40-$50/hr, commensurate with experience.
