Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscaping Foreman position include:
- Hands-on experience with landscaping maintenance and equipment, such as mowers, blowers, and trimmers
- Ability to lead and manage a landscaping crew efficiently on both commercial and residential projects
- Must be able to meet at the yard in Kendall, FL before heading to job sites
- Driver’s license required; ability to drive crew is a plus
- English-speaking ability preferred to help with team and client communication
- Oversee mowing, trimming, weed and feed applications, and occasional installation projects
- Ensure job site safety, equipment care, and schedule adherence
- Participate in candidate interviews to assess equipment proficiency
Salary: $20.00 - $28.00 per day, commensurate with experience.
