Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect/Designer position include:
- Develop high-end residential landscape designs from concept through handoff to construction
- Minimum 5+ years of residential landscape design experience preferred
- Generate new business opportunities and actively grow the design/build pipeline
- Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury residential projects
- Lead client meetings and sell design services to prospective homeowners
- Proficiency in Uvision, Vectorworks, or similar landscape design software
- Collaborate with leadership and transition sold projects to the Construction Manager for estimating
Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
