Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect/Designer position include:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required) – Produce construction documents for permitting and field use
- Strong experience in SketchUp (required) – Develop detailed 3D models for design presentations
- Preferred experience with Vectorworks – Assist in advanced drafting and modeling workflows
- Experience with rendering software such as Lumion, TwinMotion, or similar – Create high-quality visual presentations
- Minimum 2+ years of design/drafting experience – Support project development from concept to completion
- Ability to produce architectural details for residential construction – Prepare accurate, build-ready plans
- Strong design sensibility and passion for modeling – Collaborate closely with leadership to uphold design standards
- Leadership potential and long-term growth mindset – Help expand and eventually lead the design department
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
