Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Surveyor position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3–4+ years of land surveying experience; PLS or Certified Survey Technician preferred
- Conduct land surveys using GNSS and Total Station to support high-precision data collection
- Perform laser scanning (tripod-mounted and mobile) for industrial facilities
- Travel nationwide 80–90% of the time, with rotation to return home every two weeks
- Collaborate with engineers and architects, and provide technical field support
- Analyze and process data in AutoCAD and GIS software with high attention to detail
- Train and assist junior surveyors; maintain safety and quality assurance standards
Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
