Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Surveyor position include:
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Minnesota or ability to obtain within 3 months; LSIT required
- 5+ years of relevant project experience, including boundary, topographic, utility, and construction surveys
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and survey field equipment
- Analyze deeds, title reports, and legal descriptions; prepare plats, maps, and right-of-way documents
- Assist with project proposals, marketing, cost estimating, scheduling, and client communication
- Demonstrated leadership of survey crews and coordination with engineers and project managers
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while supporting team goals
- Experience with proposal development, contracts, and marketing surveying services
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
