They specialize in reclaiming land impacted by industrial infrastructure—restoring it with native plants and ecological sensitivity to look as if it had never been disturbed. This exciting Land Reclamation Division Manager opportunity is perfect for a hands-on leader passionate about environmental impact, equipment operation, and project execution!
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Reclamation Division Manager position include:
- 2-3 years of experience managing land reclamation or environmental/earthwork projects
- Proficiency in estimating jobs and managing project budgets and schedules
- Ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery (e.g., hydroseeders, drill seeders, tractors)
- Comfortable leading small field crews (2–3 direct reports) across multiple job sites
- Experience with project management software (preferably LMN) and general computer literacy
- CDL required, with a willingness to travel 30% of the time (including 2–3 overnight stays)
- Strong leadership, client communication, and organizational skills
- Field-first mindset with accountability for job execution, safety, and profitability
Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a $300 monthly health insurance contribution (increasing to $500 after two years), a bonus structure based on 2% gross profit from division earnings, a relocation allowance (customized per candidate), and company vehicle use during project assignments. PTO packages are flexible with recognition of federal holidays.
