We’re searching for a Lab Chief of Staff to join our dynamic team onsite in Bonita Springs, FL. This is a rare opportunity for an energetic scientist with hands-on laboratory experience to fast-track into biotech operations leadership (future DOO, COO, etc.). Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lab Chief of Staff position include:
- Experience working in a laboratory environment with complex instrumentation (mass spectrometers, HPLC, specialty instruments).
- Proven ability to drive tasks forward aggressively and independently; a self-starter with high accountability.
- Strong foundation in compliance and laboratory operations.
- Desire to grow into biotech operations leadership (e.g., Director of Operations, COO).
- Ability to work closely with scientists, engineers, and executive leadership to ensure smooth lab function.
- Coordinate laboratory workflows, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Lead process improvements and implement systems that enhance laboratory productivity.
- Track project milestones and support clinical research and development initiatives.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
