Qualifications and responsibilities for this Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer position include:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max, and VRay – Develop detailed interior construction documents and photorealistic visualizations
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and D5 Render (strong plus) – Enhance renderings and presentations with high-quality post-production work
- Ability to draft detailed interior construction documents – Produce precise drawings with exceptional attention to detail
- Expertise in high-quality interior and exterior visualizations – Deliver realistic renderings efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience modeling custom furniture (preferably in 3Ds Max) – Create bespoke design elements tailored to project needs
- Strong creative and design skills – Contribute innovative ideas to high-end residential and commercial projects
- Time management skills – Meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Passion for design excellence – Collaborate with the team to execute projects from concept through visualization
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
