Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Technician position include:
- Must hold a valid Connecticut HVAC license (S1, S2, S3, or S4) and EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification
- 8–10 years of experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems preferred
- Perform service, maintenance, diagnostics, and installations with attention to quality and safety
- Communicate effectively with customers and explain issues, solutions, and pricing
- Document work clearly using ServiceTitan or similar software
- Willingness to support sales when identifying system upgrades or replacements
- Maintain company vehicle and tools in proper condition
- Travel within Fairfield County; company vehicle provided based on location
Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
