Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience required
- Valid driver’s license and insurability required
- EPA Certification (Type I, II, III or Universal) preferred or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills for both residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance, service, and limited installations as needed
- Comfortable working independently and handling 4–5 jobs per day within a 35-mile radius
- Willing to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with optional on-call/overtime opportunities
- Ability to work under mentorship of senior technicians and contribute to a positive, team-first culture
Salary: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 401(k) with 3% employer match, 1 week of PTO in the first year (increasing to 2 weeks in the second), commission opportunities, and paid overtime.
