A well-established HVAC service company is seeking a HVAC Service Technician in Tomball, TX, offering the opportunity to work with a loyal customer base and a team known for its strong retention and flexible work environment. This growing service-focused company performs residential and light commercial HVAC maintenance and repairs, giving technicians the ability to earn excellent income through commission while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 5+ years of residential and light commercial HVAC experience
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients
- Perform preventative maintenance including cleaning coils, servicing air handling units, and system calibration
- Conduct warranty service and emergency HVAC repairs when needed
- Inspect and repair ductwork, vents, and drainage systems to ensure proper operation
- Maintain accurate service records, daily logs, and job documentation
- Operate and maintain a company service vehicle and tools responsibly
- Possess strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills and the ability to read schematics
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour + commission (top performers can earn six figures), commensurate with experience.
