Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience; diagnose, service, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- EPA Universal Certification required; ensure compliance with refrigerant handling standards
- Strong troubleshooting skills with heat pumps, airflow, and refrigerant systems; resolve comfort and efficiency issues
- Clean driving record; travel within Phoenix metro area (up to 50 miles)
- Professional, customer-friendly attitude; educate homeowners on repair vs. replacement options
- Ability to work independently; deliver high-quality service and workmanship
- Participate in on-call rotation every 4–5 weeks; support seasonal service demands
- Commitment to quality and teamwork; contribute to a positive, supportive work environment
Salary: $80,000 - $150,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
