Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Tech position include:
- 10+ years of HVAC service experience preferred, with consideration given to candidates with somewhat less experience
- Strong commercial HVAC service background required, with some residential experience
- EPA certification required and HVAC license required
- Experience working on systems up to 30 tons preferred, with controls experience a plus
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Dispatch from home and travel locally to service calls with a company truck
- Communicate with the office and internal team regarding parts, service needs, and job progress
- Identify upsell opportunities through repairs and service recommendations while maintaining strong customer relationships
Salary: $30.00-$45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a take-home service truck, uniforms provided, 2 weeks of vacation after 1 year, 3 weeks of vacation after 5 years, paid holidays, bonus and commission opportunities, local work, software training, and room for growth into a service department leadership role.
