Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service/Install Technician position include:
- 3+ years of experience in light commercial and residential HVAC systems
- EPA Certification required
- Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on HVAC systems
- Run jobs from start to finish independently
- Responsible for installation, service, and maintenance
- Work Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation every 4–5 weeks
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and have a clean driving record
- Dispatched from home and provided with a company vehicle and gas card
Salary: $20 - $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 401k, negotiable paid time off, job-based commissions for upselling, cash spiffs, and $100 for on-call rotations.
