Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Operations Manager position include:
- Proven experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC service operations
- Strong leadership skills with a self-starter attitude and ability to empower a team
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service management software is a major plus
- Ability to develop and implement operational systems and procedures
- Manage scheduling, dispatch, and service operations to ensure high client satisfaction
- Work closely with ownership to build estimates and proposals for service and retrofit projects
- Office-based role: Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm
- Support expansion of sales initiatives over time while streamlining current operations
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), one week of vacation (increasing to two after one year), paid sick time, and the potential for bonuses. A company vehicle may also be available for the right candidate.
