This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established yet rapidly rebuilding HVAC operation in Florence, SC, where leadership is empowered and growth is encouraged. This role is critical to the success of a growing branch with strong backing, improved benefits, and long-term career advancement. We are seeking a HVAC Installation / Construction / Sheet Metal Manager who is highly experienced, hands-on when needed, and excited to help scale operations and mentor teams.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Installation / Construction / Sheet Metal Manager position include:
- 7+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC and sheet metal experience with proven leadership
- Oversight of the sheet metal fabrication shop and installation crews (approximately 6 employees)
- Pricing and estimating HVAC and sheet metal installation projects
- Ensuring job quality through site visits and coordination with lead installers
- Working directly under the Service Manager to rebuild and grow the Florence branch
- Experience reading blueprints and designing duct systems
- Basic Excel skills; SketchUp experience is a plus
- Ability to manage schedules, materials, safety, and performance standards
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
