We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC/R Field Technician based in the Fort Myers / Naples area (West Coast of Florida). Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC/R Field Technician position include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R, especially refrigeration and gas foodservice equipment
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for refrigeration, gas, and kitchen equipment
- Comfortable working independently, managing service calls, and providing on-site client support
- Handle 3-5 service calls per day; communicate effectively with clients and dispatch team
- Basic tools required; specialized tools, parts, and vehicle provided
- Participate in ongoing quarterly technical training, including occasional travel for manufacturer training
- Ability to upsell services during B2B client interactions and maintain professional customer service standards
Salary: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
