Qualifications and responsibilities for this High-End Residential Construction Project Manager position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing luxury residential or commercial construction projects.
- Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of multiple high-end construction projects from the office.
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure timely, quality project completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and architects to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, proposals, change orders, and invoices.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
- Handle procurement, vendor management, and budget tracking.
- Protect client assets and maintain compliance with company protocols and industry regulations.
Salary: $110,000 to $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
