Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager/Superintendent position include:

  • 6+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally with a focus on healthcare or commercial projects
  • High proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimation tools; experience with software like BIM 360, Bluebeam, Revit, and PlanGrid
  • Lead pre-construction efforts, including client coordination, contracts, pricing, and risk mitigation
  • Manage medium-to-large-scale projects averaging $10M–$15M with off-site modular fabrication and on-site installations
  • Conduct high-level project discussions with stakeholders and ensure clarity of scope, schedule, and deliverables
  • Attend and contribute to OAC meetings and internal huddles to maintain alignment and communication
  • Analyze and manage change requests, risk factors, and project milestones through to completion
  • Coordinate efforts with internal teams, GCs, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget project execution
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, typically Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with 75% in-office presence during early project phases transitioning to a 50/50 office and field split as projects progress

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
