Qualifications and responsibilities for this General Superintendent – Electrical position include:
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician (EE98J) with 10+ years of electrical installation experience and 5+ years in a supervisory role
- Lead and mentor Superintendents and Foremen across New Construction, Service, and Technology projects
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards, including NEC and state/local code compliance
- Oversee field staffing, resource planning, labor productivity, and performance reviews
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
- Conduct regular field inspections and maintain project documentation including daily logs and material tracking
- Evaluate and optimize staffing performance, resolve issues, and enforce company policies and safety protocols
- Provide field leadership with a strong sense of accountability, strategic decision-making, and client coordination
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
