Join a global leader in innovative packaging solutions as a Fulfillment & Production Control Manager in Yakima, Washington, where you will play a critical leadership role connecting demand, production, and fulfillment in a fast-paced B2B manufacturing environment. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Fulfillment & Production Control Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in customer service and production or manufacturing environments, with experience in B2B manufacturing, fulfillment, constraint management, and capacity planning
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling, Microsoft Office, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies; NetSuite experience is preferred, but other ERP backgrounds are acceptable
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Design, implement, and maintain capacity planning practices across labor, equipment, and constrained resources while owning the Master Production Schedule and planning governance
- Own customer fulfillment from order acceptance through shipment, including delivery feasibility, backlog health, order promise logic, and recovery planning
- Lead and elevate the Customer Service team by enforcing standard work for order entry, changes, escalations, and customer communication aligned to production schedules
- Act as the key operational liaison between Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Manufacturing to resolve demand and capacity conflicts and support reliable revenue execution
Salary: $102,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
