Join a leading manufacturer of high-performance electrical connectors in an exciting Foundry Supervisor role based in Taylor, PA! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Foundry Supervisor position include:
- 3+ years of foundry or die casting experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Direct and oversee zinc die casting operations across multiple shifts in a hot, industrial setting
- Train, support, and evaluate die casters handling zinc injection molding machines and casting operations
- Ensure production goals, safety protocols, and quality standards are consistently achieved
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams for process improvements
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production records
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement is a plus
- Shift: 1st (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), 2nd (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and 3rd (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) available
Salary: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
