Qualifications and responsibilities for this Flooring Operations Manager position include:
- 5+ years of operations or leadership experience in the flooring industry or similar subcontracting field; lead and manage field operations teams
- Strong leadership skills; oversee superintendents and installation crews across multiple projects
- Experience with commercial and multifamily construction projects; ensure successful execution from planning through installation
- Excellent communication skills; collaborate with project managers, customers, and internal teams
- Proven organizational abilities; coordinate labor, materials, and project schedules
- Problem-solving mindset; identify and resolve operational challenges proactively
- Customer-focused approach; maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction
- Ability to manage a fast-paced workload; travel 50–75% within the DFW area
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
