Qualifications and responsibilities for this Field Services Manager position include:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in MEP construction or consulting environments
- Proven experience with field project management and construction documentation
- Ability to conduct field inspections and ensure timely, quality completion of all field report items
- Strong understanding of MEP systems including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installations
- Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and the architectural team during construction
- Monitor and respond to RFIs and Change Proposal Requests throughout construction administration
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, specifications, and LTY quality expectations
- Ability to review and interpret specifications, shop drawings, and other construction documents
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
