We’re seeking a Registered Architectural Project Manager to oversee construction and building operations at a stunning, design-driven museum. This is a unique opportunity to manage and preserve a meticulously designed 30,000-square-foot facility while supporting the creative vision of exhibitions and long-term capital improvements. Qualifications and responsibilities for this a Registered Architectural Project Manager position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; state architectural license required
  • 5+ years of experience in building and construction industries, with historical preservation or controlled environment experience as a plus
  • Oversee building systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and structural performance
  • Direct contractors, manage building inspections, and ensure compliance with current codes and safety regulations
  • Lead capital improvement and exhibition projects, including procurement of materials and cost evaluation
  • Provide on-site and on-call support for emergency response and maintenance.
  • Utilize digital tools such as CAD, Adobe, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office for building project documentation and coordination
  • Ensure preservation of the building’s material and experiential integrity while fostering an environment supportive of public engagement
  • To oversee construction and building operations at a stunning, design-driven historical building

Salary:  $130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
