Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator / Sales - Commercial Painting & Waterproofing position include:
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in construction or construction services (experience selling to property managers, HOAs, and facilities managers a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Bluebeam or other estimating software
- Strong business writing, math, and proposal development skills
- Create job scopes, take measurements, and prepare accurate estimates
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships; perform job walks and sales presentations
- Oversee awarded projects at a high level, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and stay motivated in a competitive market
Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus commission.
