We’re seeking an Estimator in Cleveland, Oklahoma to join a close-knit team that has delivered standout projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator position include:
- 5-10 years of experience estimating commercial construction projects, preferably in glass, storefront, or aluminum fabrication
- Strong construction knowledge with OSHA certification preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Excel, and familiarity with Sage 100
- Review plans, bid projects, and coordinate directly with general contractors and vendors
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple estimates and deadlines
- Some travel required to visit job sites and meet GCs in person
- Prepare accurate takeoffs, material pricing, and quotes for both service and contract work
- Work closely with the owners and production team to ensure bids align with shop capacity and schedules
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
