We’re searching for an Electrical Superintendent in Tempe, AZ to oversee field operations on major industrial and semiconductor projects. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected, self-performing contractor with a strong reputation for safety, craftsmanship, and successful delivery on complex electrical builds. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Superintendent position include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with industrial electrical systems and construction supervision
- Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Gantt charts
- Strong understanding of NEC codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures
- Supervise and mentor electrical crews, subcontractors, and vendors on active job sites
- Plan and manage manpower needs and scheduling to meet project milestones
- Conduct and lead job site safety meetings and enforce compliance protocols
- Maintain project documentation including electrical drawings, reports, permits, and inspections
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align electrical work with overall project goals
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
