Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of electrical project management experience, including projects over $5M
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex commercial projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and local codes
- Expertise in risk management, change orders, and material procurement
- Confident leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools, plus Microsoft Office
- Manage commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls
- Lead coordination with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients while monitoring job progress, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring compliance with codes and specifications
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
