We’re seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager in Grand Rapids, MI to oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects ranging from $5M to $10M. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Construction Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of proven experience managing commercial or industrial electrical construction projects of $5M+
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in Accubid, Bluebeam, and other project management tools
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling from inception to completion
- Collaborate with engineers, clients, and field staff to ensure quality and safety compliance
- Lead project documentation, procurement, and communication with stakeholders
- Experience working in design-build environments and coordinating with subcontractors
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
