Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Construction Manager position include:
- 10–20 years of electrical experience; licensed electrician is a plus
- Strong background in residential and light commercial electrical systems, including low voltage and high-end fixtures
- Manage projects from estimating and pricing through installation and completion
- Oversee multiple job sites daily across the five boroughs, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Lead and coordinate teams including journeymen and electricians
- Perform troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving in the field as needed
- Handle project documentation, scheduling, and coordination of materials and labor
- Ensure all work meets code requirements and company quality standards
Salary: $85,000 - $101,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
