Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Construction & Lighting Sales Representative position include:
- 10–20 years of experience in the electrical industry, with strong knowledge of lighting and electrical systems
- Proven sales experience in residential and/or commercial electrical services
- Must bring an existing book of business and strong local network
- Ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals independently
- Conduct site visits across NYC boroughs and provide expert-level recommendations
- Manage client-facing communications and ensure a seamless project handoff to field teams
- High-energy, personable, and professional approach to daily client interactions
- Familiarity with premium electrical applications including low-voltage systems, chandelier installations, and panel replacements
Salary: $100,000 - $200,000+ per year (Base + Commission), commensurate with experience.
