Qualifications and responsibilities for this Ecological Business Development Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Water Resources Engineering, Ecology, Environmental Science, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, and/or a comparable education
- 10+ years of experience in ecological restoration, stormwater management, or nature-based project design, permitting, construction, or monitoring
- Strong technical writing, proposal development, and cost estimating skills for environmental projects
- Develop concept plans, technical approaches, and pricing models for restoration and stormwater projects
- Secure and manage subcontractor/consultant proposals for technical services and project execution
- Lead or support end-to-end development of technical proposals, opportunity profiles, and value propositions
- Analyze RFPs/RFQs and manage timelines for multiple concurrent pursuits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, alignment, and timely delivery of BD materials
Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
