This is a fantastic entry-level position for recent grads or technical school alumni ready to grow in a dynamic, hands-on environment!
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Drafter I position include:
- Associate degree in mechanical drafting or a related field with at least some drafting experience (school or professional)
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Create and revise 2D/3D mechanical drawings including assembly, schematics, and layouts
- Convert manual drawings into CAD files and document revision history
- Familiarity with 3D printing and converting models to .STL files for additive manufacturing
- Experience or interest in fluid power, hydraulics, or manufacturing a plus
- ERP experience (SAP preferred); creating and reviewing BOMs
- Work closely with engineers on tolerance, fit, and specification reviews
Salary: $45,000 - $48,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
