Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director / Project Manager – Heavy Civil & Commercial Construction position include:
- Experience managing heavy civil and commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Strong background in structural and civil concrete (slabs, piers, footings, walls, foundations)
- Ability to oversee dirt work and utilities (preferred)
- Coordinate and manage field labor and equipment for concrete, dirt, and utility scopes
- Budgeting, scheduling, procurement, submittals, and subcontractor coordination
- Ensure safety, quality, and profitability standards are met
- Leadership experience working closely with executive or ownership teams
- Participate in company-wide initiatives like safety programs, training, and operational improvements
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance with 50% of premiums paid by the employer, paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO annually, annual bonuses including 20% of base salary plus performance-based bonuses, use of a company truck with fuel card, and a partnership/profit-sharing opportunity with a five-year vesting schedule.
