They’re seeking a Director of Operations / Purchasing Manager to step into a pivotal leadership role and help modernize systems, optimize costs, and influence profitability.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Operations / Purchasing Manager position include:
- 7+ years of experience in residential construction purchasing or operations
- Strong understanding of construction pricing, cost control, and margin analysis
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, insurance compliance, and rebates
- Estimating experience and ability to prepare proposals and purchase orders
- Proficiency in Excel and construction management software; software implementation experience is a plus
- Lead purchasing for new construction, custom homes, and remodeling projects
- Oversee operational needs including pricing approvals, field coordination, and project margin reporting
- Support sales and remodeling division with pricing, proposals, contracts, and invoicing
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
