As Director of Commercial Construction, you’ll step into a leadership role where you can immediately activate your GC network, run $1M–$10M projects, and shape a team from the ground up — all while enjoying profit-sharing and a clear path to VP.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Commercial Construction position include:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC construction and 5+ years managing GC relationships
- Proven ability to bring in new business using an active book of GC clients and relationships
- Capable of managing full division operations including PMs and Estimators, with strong leadership skills
- Deep knowledge of mechanical systems, construction codes, and best practices
- Responsible for launching and scaling a new division, overseeing estimating, project delivery, and quality control
- Own division P&L, create budgets, manage forecasts, and implement KPIs using EOS Scorecards
- Build operational processes, team accountability structures, and integrate with service divisions for long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan, Procore, Bluebeam; familiarity with EOS tools such as L10s and Scorecards preferred
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
