Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Design Director/Senior Landscape Architect Include:
- Degree in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field.
- 4-5 years of team management experience, ideally within a design or construction environment.
- Proven track record in leading a team of 5-7 people, with strong skills in HR processes, performance reviews, and managing team dynamics.
- 2+ years of experience in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, with strong skills in Hardscape and Planting Plans.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Land FX is a plus.
- Responsible for overseeing the design process, from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Skilled in sales and familiar with construction processes, focusing on keeping projects and people moving efficiently.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a bonus opportunity of up to $50,000.
