Qualifications and responsibilities for this Customer Service position include:
- Strong understanding of electrical products and components, ideally from working at an electrical distributor or as a former electrician
- Handle inbound customer service inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve order and shipment issues quickly and professionally
- Provide detailed customer feedback to the sales manager
- No specific software experience required—just solid computer skills
- Willingness to learn a broad range of products used in residential construction
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Prior customer service or inside sales experience is a plus but not required
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
