Are you an experienced Customer Service and Inside Sales Manager with a background in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or similar home services? If so, we're looking for someone like you to oversee customer service operations across three companies in different states. This role involves managing up to 15+ customer service representatives while helping to shape the performance and structure of a rapidly expanding organization. This leadership opportunity is based in Texas or Oklahoma, with approximately 20% travel to Tennessee, Texas, and Oklahoma. You must reside in Texas or Oklahoma to be considered. You'll play a key role in optimizing teams, analyzing KPIs, and making a significant impact across multiple home service businesses.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Customer Service and Inside Sales Manager position include:
- 3+ years of Customer Service Management experience – Lead and oversee daily customer service operations across multiple home service businesses.
- Home services industry background (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or residential services required) – Ensure teams follow service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Experience managing large teams (15+ CSR representatives) – Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for distributed customer service teams.
- ServiceTitan software experience required – Utilize the platform to monitor operations, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and KPI management skills – Track scorecards, labor optimization, and departmental performance across locations.
- Customer escalation management experience – Act as the primary escalation point and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Inside sales experience preferred – Support initiatives that drive bookings, conversions, and revenue growth through the service team.
- Ability to travel approximately 20% – Visit locations in Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Texas periodically to build relationships and support teams onsite.
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
