Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in custom, high-end residential construction
- Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate daily on-site activities
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and local building inspections
- Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress
- Maintain daily jobsite logs and manage scheduling, RFIs, and material orders
- Attend coordination meetings and collaborate with in-house designers on finish selections
- Manage 3–4 active projects simultaneously ranging from $300K to $2.5M in value
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
