Join a fast-paced and growing multifamily real estate firm in Charlotte, NC as a Construction Superintendent overseeing impactful interior renovation projects! Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 5–7+ years of experience in multifamily construction, specifically renovation/remodels
- Proven ability to oversee 10+ apartment unit renovations per month
- Comfortable managing subcontractors, project timelines, and daily site operations
- Experience with drywall, flooring, and full interior renovations required
- Capable of updating executive leadership on project progress and expectations
- Experience with project management software such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms preferred
- Knowledge of property management software, particularly RealPage, preferred but not required (training can be provided)
- Ability to provide regular reporting and documentation
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a hands-on mentality
- EPA certification and CPO preferred, but not required
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience
