This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to step into a high-impact role with strong inbound lead flow already in place, uncapped earning potential, and the chance to sell across general contracting, drywall, and framing projects in one of the country’s busiest construction markets.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Sales Representative position include:
- 10+ years of experience in construction sales required
- Strong understanding of general contracting, drywall, framing, or related trades
- Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue from inbound and self-generated opportunities
- Manage and convert inbound leads into active projects
- Develop new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and property owners
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Track leads, proposals, and sales activity using spreadsheets and CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams to align project scope and client expectations
Salary: $50,000 per year, plus 5% commission, commensurate with experience.
