Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Scheduler (Healthcare) position include:
- 8+ years of Primavera experience, with 5+ years in construction and at least 1–3 years in healthcare or life sciences projects
- Strong knowledge of hospital construction scheduling, including scope and agency regulations
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is REQUIRED; experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud is a plus
- Manage and maintain schedules for multiple active projects, perform schedule updates and what-if scenarios
- Analyze schedule variances and provide detailed narrative reports and presentations to leadership
- Collaborate across stakeholders—from field foremen to executives—to ensure accurate and realistic planning
- Lead schedule-related meetings and develop project schedule processes and procedures
- Create meaningful reports and conduct resource planning for optimization
Salary: $140,000 - $185,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), 2 weeks PTO plus 7 holidays (increasing to 3 weeks in year 2), and potential for bonuses on approved additional hours. Overtime is paid at straight time.
