This Construction Project Manager opportunity is based in San Francisco, CA (Bay Area), supporting major healthcare and commercial construction projects including work with Stanford in Redwood City. This role offers the chance to lead the integration of cutting-edge modular wall systems on complex construction projects while collaborating with top-tier general contractors and project teams.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent working for a general contractor, ideally on healthcare, commercial, or institutional construction projects
- Lead coordination and installation of modular wall systems and casework within large hospital and commercial construction projects
- Serve as the primary construction liaison between general contractors, owners, designers, installers, and internal teams
- Participate in preconstruction meetings, scheduling coordination, and project planning with general contractors and stakeholders
- Review construction drawings (architectural, structural, and MEP) to identify scope, conflicts, and installation requirements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare construction regulations including building codes, life safety requirements, and infection control standards
- Oversee field execution including site logistics, material deliveries, installation sequencing, and quality verification
- Support schedule tracking, change order coordination, and project closeout activities including punch lists and final inspections
Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
