Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in construction administration, project management, or related fields
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and prepare monthly reports for lenders and investors
- Review project documents including plans, budgets, contracts, and schedules for accuracy and progress
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and coordination with external consultants
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and familiarity with Autodesk products
- Experience with multifamily residential and commercial building types
Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
