Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience (flexible) – Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Experience with residential or commercial construction projects – Oversee developments including condo-style homes, single-family homes, active adult living communities, and hotel projects.
  • Full project lifecycle management experience – Coordinate planning, design agreements, budgeting, and construction execution across multi-phase projects.
  • Strong contractor and stakeholder coordination skills – Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Knowledge of construction codes and regulations – Ensure projects meet Virginia construction code requirements and industry standards.
  • Experience with multi-phase, multi-year developments – Successfully oversee complex projects involving multiple construction phases.
  • Interest or experience in sustainable and green building initiatives – Support renewable energy and environmentally conscious construction practices.
  • Contractor or General Contractor license preferred (not required) – Company assistance available for obtaining licensure if needed.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
